Chatters on Heights Blvd. has great food, high chairs, boosters, ample parking and family friendly staff - plus a cute actual furniture changing table in the restrooms.

I will ask around for more recommendations... but in the past, people have recommended All Star Grill and Willy Burger in Katy!
