Lindsay Lyons Park... aka Angel Park

Modified: Jan 26, 2021 by Jill Jarvis · This post may contain affiliate links · This blog generates income via ads · #sponsoredpost · Leave a Comment

Lindsay Lyons Park, aka Angel Park, has something for everyone!

This big park has ball fields, pavilions, walking trail and playgrounds. And the play area includes an all-inclusive playground and rest room facility for children of all physical abilities.

Moms have been telling me about this park for years... and they were right... it's a great place! Fun2Go Misters took the pictures so everyone can see how cool it is! (Also know that some updates have seen been made to the park and the pictures are below!)

    Lindsay Lyons Park

The Lindsay Lyons playground is on a rubber mat (so there is no mulch) and ramps let all kids use the equipment. The playground also has some very unique features like ladder bridges, balance beam, boulders, slides, monkey bars, rings and more.

The play area also has a spider web, bucket swings and "chair" swings. Just take a look at the pictures!

Some new additions to the park are a paved trail around the playground and a sensory garden for sight-impaired children.

The Sports Complex has 10 lighted baseball fields and four lighted softball fields, two lighted football fields, 18 unlighted soccer fields, two lighted soccer fields.

Lindsay Lyons/Angel Park is also home to a lot of family friendly events.  You can go HERE for the calendar.
