Ice cream scoops at the Blue Bell Creamery and swimming at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center!

Address: 1101 S Blue Bell Rd, Brenham, TX 77833 & 1800 E Tom Green St, Brenham, TX 77833

Ice cream scoops at the Blue Bell Creamery and swimming at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center!

The best part about this pool was that with a quick swim test, all the big kids (even the one under 48") could do the big slide!

The ice cream themed pool also has monkey bars (rope), little slides, beach entry, indoor pool and more.

Oh, and there is a big Buc-ee's Travel Center between Houston and Brenham!

The City of Brenham's Blue Bell Aquatic Center has three pools and one playground. All can swim (including non-residents) for a fee. For us, everyone was $5 except the one year old was $3.

The complex has an indoor six lane pool (which is open to all until lap swim hours), a heated therapy pool and a great outdoor pool.

Outside there is a lot of shaded seating, concession stand and a lot of fun activities. And kids over 48" can do it all... and kids over 42" can do it all with a quick swim test by the head guard.

Right by the pool is a shaded playground! See more pictures below!

Just down the street from the pool is the Blue Bell Creamery.

Here you can stop by the visitor center, see the factory from the observation deck and get $1 scoops of ice cream! Check the hours before you go... because they change by season and day of the week.

See more pictures below! And while you are in the area, go to Fireman's Park. There is a beautiful shaded playground and a carousel (with limited hours).
