Zoo Boo starts this week at the Houston Zoo. (Go on Fridays to beat some of the crowds.) You can also go to Spooky Saturday at Sinclair Elementary,
KBR Kids Day on Buffalo Bayou at Guadalupe Plaza Park, Kids Okotober Festival at the Czech Center Museum Houston, Oktoberfest at First Evangelical Lutheran Church Midtown and A Night at Market Square/Day of the Dead at Market Square Park.

If you are looking for art, head to the Bayou City Art Festival in the Streets Surrounding City Hall and A Year with Frog and Toad by Main Street Theater at MATCH.
