Usually I make my son fun lunch boxes so he forgets to complain about school. My trick has worked all year long. It's worked so well, I might still be making him dinosaur shaped sandwiches when he is 18 years old.
That said, I was on business travel again this week so the poor guy just got dad lunches. The good news is that I got all sorts of weird lunch ideas from my trip to Taipei. How about whole shrimp, where you eat the shell, eyes and all? Maybe squid and peppers? Why not thousand year eggs?
Or maybe I should stick to peanut butter and jelly cut into fun shapes?
