For the last 2 years, I've been making fun school lunches for my kids. I do it so I can distract them each morning when they wake up. It goes something like this: they complain about being tired, I show them the lunch, they decide they can get themselves dressed. And sometimes the lunches are so cool, they can even find their shoes on their own. (Sometimes.)
This week we dyed our Easter Eggs. We had so much fun that after we dyed the shells, we decided to crack them open and dye the eggs using food coloring and water.
The result was that we had lots of colored Easter eggs to take to school this week, earning me high marks from my kids.
