A Tale about Whataburger and Chick Fil A Ketchup Packets that I Hide in my Purse

by Felicia 5 Comments

Whataburger and Chick fil a ketchupThis is Felicia, here to talk about something I love: Ketchup. Specifically, Whataburger and Chick Fil A Ketchup.

Whataburger has (finally) come out with their own label of ketchup that they are marketing them at all HEBs. I needed this to happen because, quite frankly, I am someone who is serious about her ketchup.

I have been known to steal ketchup packets, and hoard their sweet deliciousness in my purse, or better yet, in my friend’s purse, because there is a less chance of the packets exploding on my stuff.

I do this with the intention of squeezing each one out into a bottle for me to keep in my refrigerator. My husband laughs, but seriously, if you laugh, don’t expect me to share. Get your own boring ketchup.

The other ketchup I am in love with is the Chick Fil A ketchup. It may be regular Heinz ketchup, but I think that the little Chick Fil A packets make it taste more delicious and yes, I steal it. (You can judge me for stealing and this would be an acceptable reason to not be my friend.)

Lucky for everyone involved, I now have an alternative to stealing small packets from fast food joints:  Whataburger bottles that I can buy at the grocery store, with no guilt.

Has anyone here tried the Whataburger Spicy Ketchup? I’m like a ninety six year old, cranky man and I hate to deviate from what I already know that I like. How is it? Also, what is your favorite ketchup? Whole Foods, Heinz or the Wendy’s brand?

Let me know and please don’t ever spell ketchup, C-A-T-S-U-P. It makes you sound like a 1920’s flapper.

Once I tastes the spicy ketchup and haven't tasted the regular one. It's really good.

I LUUUUUUURVE Whataburger ketchup. Always have. I hoarded packets to take with me to college in LA because there are no Whataburgers in Louisiana. WTH! I do NOT like the spicy ketchup. It's not the same as the original. Why mess with perfection? I knew there was a reason why I liked you…

I'm a BIG fan of the Chick fil A sauce. If I could I'd put it in my diet Dr pepper when I eat there.
