It’s a new year and a new list of things to do in Houston, with kids!

Head to Discovery Green to spin at Los Trompos, enjoy the Field of Light and to try out ice skating in the outdoor rink.  We can also watch Paddington on Thursday, be entertained by Wildfish Theater on Friday and attend the free WITS Young Writers Workshop on Saturday.

On Saturday, go to the Downtown Aquarium for half the price.  The coupon has been posted HERE!

On Saturday, head to the Studio June for free story readings (English and Spanish), sing-alongs and Montessori for Young Children Drop-in Class.  Get the full schedule HERE.

On Sunday, Meet the Animals – Furry, Frisky Mammals at the Nature Discovery Center.  There will be hands-on exposure to live animals, an informal discussion about the animal’s basic biology and behavior, and a question and answer period with one of our Staff Naturalists!

For the full list of things to do, please look below! Also, go HERE to get this list delivered to your inbox each week and HERE to get daily event updates on Facebook!
